I had another service come out but declined their pricing! What they quoted was not the same $165 up charge, $99 transit fee! PWM Environmental clearly priced based on county and told me what the additional charge could be! James was wonderful and hats off to him being a Veteran!!!!

After several local services failed to connect/show up, PWM came to our septic tank rescue. User friendly website for appointments, proposal review and approval, including pumping services and fees. JD was great at keeping us informed, and his service couldn't have been better. Provided photos, and some advice afterwards for maintaining system health. Fees were reasonable, service provided within 24 hours of initial call, absolutely no issues. Highly recommend this group.

Im glad I called when I did to get my septic tank pumped. James showed up and taught me things about the system I had and the preventive maintenance I needed to do to keep a large tree root from growing into my tank and ultimately collapsing one of the walls. With how densely packed the first tank was he suggested the "pump tank" to be cleaned out as well which I agreed and ended up seeing about a foot deep of solids (which no solids are supposed to reach this tank)nearly reaching the pump which would have costed me more if it reached it and ruined it. Im glad I trusted James experience and will be using PWM in the future!

Very fast response. I called on Sunday night and they were at my house at 8am Monday morning. Very reasonable prices. The technician they sent was great. He gave me some pointers and explained everything very well. Highly recommended!

What started out as what we thought was a simple septic issue quickly turned into a much bigger problem — my bull valve was broken, the lines were completely clogged, and no water was flowing out to the yard.
